Redeemed Roots: Where Christian faith, mental health services, and trauma-informed care come together. Located in the greater Eau Claire, WI area, we educate, equip, and encourage adolescents and adults in overcoming mental health challenges–both past and present. We provide individual counseling, group workshops, and speaking services. Our mission is to meet each story with grace and truth and help people live freely and fully in the redemption Jesus Christ offers.

Experience:
Over the past 10+ years, it has been my privilege to help communities by supporting operations in homeless and domestic violence shelters, providing counseling services in both inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment settings, and serving youth in shelter and residential care facilities.
As a mental health counselor, I have specialized training and several years of experience in using a variety of body-centered, cognitive and behavioral interventions.
