In this workshop, you will gain understanding on how stress and trauma impact your overall health and grow by learning and applying practical skills that can be used in your daily life. You will develop a greater self-awareness of your own physical, emotional, and mental state, explore and repair unhealthy and negative thinking patterns, and enhance your ability for an improved mind-body connection. All of these skills are critical components to effective stress and trauma healing, restoration and freedom.
